i have had chronic cluster pains for 3.5 yrs now and i have for
awhile now thought that they got worse in cycle. seems i get somewhere between 4-6 cycles per year at which point the pain
starts the familar alarmclock like regularity to the attacks then fades back to a trigger based attach method. i have luckly found most of my triggers but there does seem to be shifting triggers as well.
sometimes red meat. sometimes not.
very nice to see some evidence that my thoughts were not that far off the mark.

Very interesting - since a lot of this applies to me - years of episodic, then years of chronic, now seem back and forth - some breaks but other times 4-6 x a day, but less severe. On 480 mg. verapamil and tylenol now.
How do I get a copy of the diary to fill out - I usually just mark it on the calendar - times and severity.
Thanks for great information. Have a great 2011!
